Photography Blessings

A week ago from Saturday, 3 other ladies and I went out to breakfast before getting pedicures. (No, this isn't a common practice. We just wanted to spend some relaxing time with a friend who's husband recently stepped into Glory.) It was a small, family run, Italian restaurant. When I came in the door I ran into T.C. and Becca Worley and their 2 boys who had also just arrived for breakfast. I gave a quick greeting and joined my party as they moved to the back of the restaurant. The place gets pretty crowded so we didn't want to hold up the small aisle.
As I was finishing my meal I felt a tap on my shoulder and T.C. and his family were standing by our table. He is the one who suggested I get the Canon digital camera I purchased and asked me how it was working. We chatted for a little bit about it and then he offered to get me into some of the camera classes he teaches - for free - if I was interested! Interested!?! He is only planning to teach a little while longer before he quits so I would have to jump on this opportunity now. I had wanted to take some classes from him, but couldn't afford the $40 classes right now through National Camera Exchange. Of course I took him up on the offer. My first class is at the end of this month. I am very excited to learn more about my camera and photography in general. What a blessing from God to put us both in the same small restaurant at the same time!
The picture attached to this blog is one T.C. took at my sister Evedna's wedding. It is my dad playing his mandolin. He recorded a song on his mandolin that he and Evedna walked down the aisle to. This picture is on T.C.'s website http://www.studiobluempls.com/

That is an awesome picture...when I first saw it I thought you were going to say that you took it! Wow, free classes! How fun will that be?? You are going to be a pro, although your photography already looks great! How fun and how neat it was that God put you in the right place at the right time!
